Pull over resistance, Push Out resistance, Stripping Torque, Tightening Torque, etc.
A range of pre-testing devices are applied to ensure the accuracy and correctness of hardness test and micro-structure analysis.PSLINK possesses all kinds of hardness testing instrument to fully achieve the hardness request of fasteners from customer.
Many Sheet Metal Fasteners are hardened to ensure they correctly "clinch" when press fitted into the host sheet metal component. In addition to hardness testing, PSLINK can analyze the grain structure to ensure the heat treatment process has been correctly controlled.
For those fasteners with surface treatment, PSLINK adopts X-ray Fluorescent Spectrometer to measure the thickness of plating and ensure the elements contained comply with ROHS regulations.To guarantee the conformity of ROHS regulation for all products produced, PSLINK is capable for ROHS analysis in its laboratory. The presence of restricted substances such as Lead (Pb), Cadmium (Cd), Mercury (Hg) and Hexavalent chromium (Cr6+) can be detected and measured in ppm.
PSLINK conducts salt-spaying test on all product to inspect the anti-corrosion resistance and ensure the surface treatment comply with customers’ requirements.
